The Ten Great Vows of Osifu

The First Great Vow of Osifu: To accomplish an auspicious universe.

The Second Great Vow of Osifu: To accomplish a balanced universe.

The Third Great Vow of Osifu: To accomplish a perfect universe.

The Fourth Great Vow of Osifu: To help all sentient beings to accomplish the perfect returning.

The Fifth Great Vow of Osifu: To help all sentient beings to return to the original source perfectly.

The Sixth Great Vow of Osifu: To help all sentient beings to be in perfect accord with cosmic principles.

The Seventh Great Vow of Osifu: To assist every living being; never to abandon a single being.

The Eighth Great Vow of Osifu: To dedicate this lifetime to Great Salvation, Great Cultivation, and Great Returning.

The Ninth Great Vow of Osifu: To be a practitioner forever and to follow the Way, complying with the cosmic laws, the natural rules and the science; to demonstrate all kinds of wonderful Dharmas; to bring bliss to all under Heaven and to rescue all beings.

The Tenth Great Vow of Osifu: To encourage, instruct, advise, and enlighten the living beings of The Ten Directions, manifesting in accordance with circumstances. To be nameless and titleless without beginning or end. To remain free of attachment to any religion, denomination, or specific group. To integrate harmoniously and to accommodate smoothly without duality or differentiation. To compassionately devote and give light and love to everyone and everything...

These are the ten great vows of Osifu. May Heaven and Man take note. May the Buddhas and Sages perceive them. I, Osifu, will practice and implement them with dedication every day and will work diligently at every moment.

May the Buddhas support and protect me. May Heaven and Earth acknowledge these vows.
